Roast Beef with Coffee Twist

2 lb. uncooked beef
½ cup of vinegar
1 cup of strong brewed Latin Organics Coastal Peak coffee-
1 spoon of flour
½ cup red wine
Onion, garlic, salt and pepper to your taste

Season the meat with the onions, garlic and vinegar, set aside for a bit.
Pat dry the meat and start browning the meat on the stove for 15- 20 minutes, until it has a golden look. Transfer the meat to an oven proof container. Pour the coffee on the meat and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees C.
Add the wine, salt and pepper al gusto.
