4 Whole Bananas
1/2 cup of brewed Latin Organics Coastal Peak
coffee-
2 spoons of Butter
2 spoons of Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Slice the bananas diagonally and place them in an oven proof
platter.
Melt the butter and mix in the coffee, sugar, and cinnamon
powder.
Add this sauce to the bananas, covering well the surface. Bake for
15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees F. Serve with
vanilla ice cream and decorate with a leaf of fresh mint and some
cinnamon sticks.
